My sister Natasha posted a great article titled “Blogging Tips for the Book Blogger.” If you don’t have a book blog don’t let the title scare you away from visiting. It’s full of blogging tips that any blogger can use. You may want to check out.
Natasha was my blogging apprentice and I’m quite proud of the blogger she has turned in to. She now runs a very popular book blog.
Her blog inspired me to write a couple of “quick tips” of my own…
-
Don’t let your blog go as long as this one has without updating it. I’m sorry readers for the long delay in answering your comments, and my lack of posts. This blog, and my others, hasn’t been abandoned. I’ve just been even busier than usual with some design projects and business things that have needed my undivided attention.
-
My other tip is for those of you who may run more than one blog. Assuming you have a few people that would like to keep up-to-date with what’s happening in your life an easy way to do that is through blogging. Those people could subscribe to your each of your feeds, or they could visit one central site that contains the last post from each of your blogs.
You can see the one I created here: http://www.leisawatkins.com.
Here I’ve taken my websites and broken them into different themes.
BookWise - This contains links to my book blog, my business, features books from my library, and shows my latest reads.
Dream - This section links to this particular blog and will link to several other projects eventually.
Create - This section links to my Create with Leisa blog and will eventually link to my art gallery and publications.
Learn - This section features our educational sites. (All in serious need of a new post at this time.) My favorite is the art blog.
Live - Features things related to my life in general. For example, it features my recipe blog. It will contain links to my gratitude blog, and one where I celebrate life in general. I’ll also link to my online photo gallery here, once it is set-up.
Creating it was simple enough. I just created a feed for each of my blogs and had it fed to the new site. Now my family can keep up with their daughter who has become addicted to blogging.

We also have a winner in the Who Am I? EntreGame for round 7. MaryLou of MaryLou’s Art Adventure correctly identified The Saving Bug as the mystery blog. Congratulations Mary Lou. You have won 250 Entrecredits compliments of Green Colibri.
I’d like to do a write-up on the blogs, but I’ll have to do that later. I’m off to a evening of dining on rich desserts and mentoring.

Me Myself and a Blog
The clock is ticking on and I still don’t have my next blog article done. The day was full of interruptions. One of those interruptions may prove to be a broken bone in in my daughters hand as a result of a skateboarding accident. We’ll know tomorrow.
