Success Notes Courtesy of Dan Clark

This morning I attended an iLearningGlobal mini master conference and had the privilege of listening to Dan Clark speak.  Dan Clark was named as one of the top ten speakers in the world by both Achievers North America and Achievers Europe.  He’s a master story teller, a New York bestselling author, a song writer, and singer, a screen writer, a philanthropist, and an incredible speaker.  I can see why he gets standing ovations when ever he speaks.

Today Dan primarily talked about the importance of asking yourself the right questions, and on weathering storms.  Among the quotes I wrote down are these…

You’ve heard of thinking outside of the box.  What if the answer is still in the box?

Search for the right answers, not just the new answers.

Some of the quotes on weathering emotions…

Reason leads to conclusion.  Emotion leads to action.

Pain is a signal to grow, not to suffer.  The pain ends when the lesson is learned.

Change who you hang out with,” to heal emotionally.

Don’t let the emotional weather change your assignment.

By the way Dan is a member of the iLearningGlobal faculty.  Here is what he said about iLearningGlobal…

  • “iLearningGlobal IS the support you need.”
  • “How much would you pay to keep your kids from killing himself.”  Is $79.95 to much?”  iLearningGlobal gives teens tools to help them weather emotional storms.
  • “Log on to iLearningGlobal because it is demanded of yourself.”

Here’s to your success!
